SEASON 2020-21


Congratulations to Amy Moodie, First Prize winner, and to Rachel Miller and David Walsh, Prize Winners of the Toronto Mozart Vocal Competition 2019-20

These three sensational singers are invited to perform as soloists in our “Music of Love & Nature” concert on November 21, 2020 at 2:00 PM, with the Toronto Mozart Players and the Toronto Mozart Choir under the baton of artistic director David Bowser.



The Mozart Project invites you to attend the vocal master classes of the Toronto Mozart Vocal Competition. Come hear a sensational roster of singers in a variety of Mozart repertoire with feedback and instruction from David Bowser and an invited adjudicator. Master classes will take place at Church of the Redeemer, 162 Bloor St West, if regulations allow gatherings, or online. Admission is free.

Round One with David Bowser

Round Two with Nathalie Paulin
Sunday January 31, 2021, 2:00-5:15pm



The Toronto Mozart Vocal Competition provides expert instruction and performance opportunities for emerging trained singers aged 18-35. Participants prepare three Mozart arias and perform in Round One of master classes with artistic director, David Bowser. Selected participants then perform in Round Two of master classes with Natalie Paulin. The Competition is held on Friday January 29, Saturday January 30 and Sunday January 31, 2021, at Church of the Redeemer and is open to the public. Four singers will be selected to perform in concert as soloists in Mozart’s Requiem with the Toronto Mozart Players and the Toronto Mozart Choir on Sunday March 6, 2021 at 2:00pm and will receive a scholarship award of $500 or $1000 for an outstanding emerging artist.
